Brian E. Butler and Robert Ellingson-Lewis combined their mutual expertise to create a beautiful resort in a beautiful place, and their architectural and design genius is evident at The Venetian Grace Bay. The Tuscany’s sister resort, The Tuscany on Grace Bay, also bears testimony to the two men’s vision.
Over the years, Brian has gained the reputation as Cayman’s foremost builder of resort condominiums. His twenty projects on Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach demonstrate his commitment to quality and exceptional design. Robert Ellingson-Lewis, co-developer and project manager, brings development experience from the custom home markets in both the United States and Canada.
Other members of the team include John Thompson, of the architectural firm Lee and Astwood, who was vital in the assembly and coordination of the architectural plans. Faye Ellingson-Lewis of Design Studio took the reins on the project’s interior design elements.
